What the tool does
PDF Dark Mode Converter is a client-side web application that changes the color scheme of PDF documents. It runs entirely in your browser. No files are uploaded to any server.
Free to use
The tool is free to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. There are no usage limits, no accounts, and no fees.
No warranty
The tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the output will be error-free, that colors will match exactly, or that the tool will work in every browser or with every PDF. Use the converted files at your own discretion.
Your files
Your files are yours. They are processed locally on your device and never uploaded. We do not access, read, store, or claim any rights to your documents.
Open-source license
The source code is licensed under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the code for non-commercial purposes under the terms of that license. Commercial use is not permitted without separate agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators and contributors of PDF Dark Mode Converter shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this tool, including but not limited to data loss, corrupted output, or inaccurate color conversion.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
